Three Ways
I Help You Win

Whether my boots are on the pitch or not, I am chasing the same thing for your program: the win.

I

On The Pitch

I chase the win in real time.

Ninety minutes, full intensity. I won’t promise you a scoreline, because no honest player can. What I promise is the work beneath it. I am a product of my synthetic experience: thousands of games studied on top of the ones I have lived, and that work raised my football IQ and playing ability to the level that makes the difference. Those synthetic experiences sit inside every single touch. You set the macro plan. I live in the micro that makes it shine. I read the space as it opens, decide fast, and play quickly, so your tactics come alive on the grass. I hold that standard physically, technically, and as a leader who lifts the group when the match hangs in the balance.

II

Beyond The Pitch

I sharpen the players who go and win it.

My value doesn’t sit down when I do. Football has never had a reliable framework for teaching a young player how to make high quality decisions once the game is moving. That skill mostly arrives by accident, or never. It lives in my game, and I know exactly how I built it, which means I can pass it on. I study the game frame by frame and pass that thinking straight to your younger players [who are hungry to grow], training them to read faster and choose better in the moments that matter. I can’t hand you results, but I can leave your group filling the gaps your tactics can’t reach, far better equipped to go and take wins long after any single season.

III

Beyond The Season

I build the kind of visibility that wins recruiting battles.

The first time a recruit meets your program, it happens on a screen. Long before any visit, before any reply lands in your inbox, they are reading whatever you last posted, and so are their parents, and so is the international player [who will never get a campus tour]. Most programs hand that first impression to one stretched staffer. I treat it the way I treat the game: micro detail, told frame by frame, in your colors. Content carried by a player travels further than any official account, and I carry it well. I can’t hand you a recruiting class, but I can make sure the next one comes looking for you.

On the field, I give everything to the win. Off it, I build the players sharp enough to keep chasing it. Around it, I build the visibility that brings the next winners to your door.

Leadership and character run through all three. The same standard holds whether the ball is at my feet, at the feet of the player I’m guiding, or in the story I’m telling about this program.

So here is the simplest part. If this is the edge you want inside your program, and something in you already senses whether it is, then there is only one thing left to do. Reach out, and ask. Send a voice memo, book a window, or simply get in contact. Tell me what winning looks like for you, and I will show you exactly how hard I will work to get you there.

Social Proof

Reputation

Living with him made me realise that it wasn’t talent, but hard work and dedication. I am not exaggerating when I say that Korkoe has nearly, if not the same, football IQ as Ronaldo does. It got to the point that I do not even need to look to know he’ll be in the place I pass the ball to. I would take him at every position any day of the week.

Korkoe is easily one of the hardest working and most dedicated athletes I’ve ever had the pleasure of being friends with. He has a natural knack for seeing the field and playing ahead of the play. He reads the game incredibly well and makes smart decisions when the pressure is on. I recommend him wholeheartedly to any coach searching for a committed, intelligent, and driven individual.

Korkoe is one of the most remarkable young men I have ever had the opportunity to work with here at Roberts Wesleyan University. His commitment to anything is astounding. Korkoe does not understand the meaning of the word ‘quit.’ I would trust him with anything, including achieving all of his dreams.

Former Boss

Korkoe is a young adult who any friend or teammates can count on to be level headed and reasonable in any situation. He has dedicated his time and effort to thoughtfully pursue this dream, acting as motivator and guide to less seasoned players, giving them advice to help them advance to the level of play that he has achieved.

As a friend, Korkoe is truly a blessing to be around. As a footballer, the first thing that strikes you is his passion for the game. His hard work and confidence oozes through his fluent gameplay. Korkoe is exceptionally well at anticipating and creating combinations and chances for his team.
